RETURNS Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for the "Create Your Own Canvas" product unless the canvas arrives damaged!
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@legendarywallart.net.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@legendarywallart.net and send your item to:

It’s gargantuan - and I love it! I’m a movie buff, but not into theatrical release posters. This art from Legendary is perfect. It plays to the art and science aspects of the movie Interstellar, without being commercial or too literal. Beyond that, Legendary has been great to work with. They have many good choices from small to large, fast shipping and at a fair price. In the past when I had a small issue, they responded positively and quickly - they seem to really care about their customers. That is the best a person like me can expect!
Well built/packaged & easy to put up. Removed hooks and Used double sided tape instead and it worked great... Will probably get something else down the road for another room!

Great experience love the product, but you send WAY TOO MANY FOLLOW UP EMAILS! I get you want people to buy more but for the love of Pete please cut down the follow up emails, the amount you send rivals spam level annoyance!
Originally tried to get custom 5 panel canvas print from Elephant Stock, which turned into 3 month exercise in futility. They didn't even have a site to send the large photo 47MB file for my job. Folks at Legendary Art were exceedingly responsive and had all the tools and expertise to take my photo and turn it into wall art that we love.

The frame is well crafted as well.
It seems like it has a better look to it than the other one that we had purchased. I don’t feel like it has the real canvas look. Or feel to it.
But from far away, it looks great
