We replace damaged artwork free of charge, rather than refunding it. Email hello@legendarywallart.com with your order number and photos of the damage. There is no need to return damaged artwork.

A good rule of thumb is that your artwork should be about 60–70% the width of the furniture below it (like a couch, bed, or console table). This helps the piece feel balanced and intentional in the space.

If you're unsure, most customers choose 40×30 or 60×45 for living rooms and larger walls since they create a strong focal point without feeling too small.

When in doubt, going slightly larger usually looks better than going too small.

When will my order arrive?

Catalog artwork is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit takes another 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the contiguous United States.

What is your return policy?

Catalog artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Create Your Own orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change before printing begins, though we cannot guarantee we can catch it in time. Once printing has begun, cancellations and changes are unavailable. Eligible catalog returns remain available after delivery.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We’ll provide a free replacement. Contact hello@legendarywallart.com with photos and your support details. LWA handles the damage directly, even without paid protection. Damage is handled as a replacement, not a refund.
