A good rule of thumb is that your artwork should be about 60–70% the width of the furniture below it (like a couch, bed, or console table). This helps the piece feel balanced and intentional in the space.

If you're unsure, most customers choose 40×30 or 60×40 for living rooms and larger walls since they create a strong focal point without feeling too small.

When in doubt, going slightly larger usually looks better than going too small.
